Here are answers to a few of the common questions we receive at Coaching Institute:

What makes your program different?
First of all, this is not a program; it is a system of success! Our mentors have more collective experience than any other single coaching source in the country, over 300 collective years of hands on real life experience! Our proprietary approach allows us to add custom elements, based on you and your personal experience to an already proven system of success. We do not entertain a psychological approach to coaching - the answers are not inside you, only the desire. Nor do we entertain template based coaching because an accountability factor alone will never form the necessary habits to lifelong success! We do however believe in a customized mentoring program. We work hard to get to know you and your business so that we can correctly implement our success system while maintaining high standards of success. Our mentors are responsible for our client's financial results as dictated by the client's current situation, goals and needs. We will not let you fail!

What is the structure of the coaching program?
Our System is a comprehensive 12 session mentoring program. Strategies are identified and taught as students are led to achieve them on a weekly basis. Progress is made under the coach's supervision. Within the program, it is anticipated that skills and habits will be acquired to provide lifelong success. The program is also supplemented over a 9 month follow up private mentoring period.

How often do we meet?
You and your Mentor will be meeting every week at a time that is mutually acceptable to both of you.

How long do the sessions last?
Each mentor has "power" sessions scheduled in 30 minute increments. This means that the sessions are starting and ending on the hour and half hour. If the sessions proceed longer than 30 minutes, one of two things typically happen. 1) Either the message would change, losing impact or 2) you would get into the chit-chat and waste time. Neither of these scenarios are acceptable, so the sessions are retained to 30 minutes long.

When will I receive the first call?
After we receive your evaluation, we analyze it to determine which mentors fit your situation and goals the best and assign you your personal coach. First you will hear from our scheduling department to set up your weekly appointment and then you will receive a call within 5 business days from your mentor. You are literally up and running in the program in as little as one week!

What kind of materials will I receive?
Each Success Team member will receive an extensive evaluation, which gives us an idea about your background and what your goals are. Some Success Teams include an associated workbook to keep track of your progress. The completion of this evaluation will give us an idea of your real estate background, your strengths and weaknesses, and your technical knowledge base. This allows us to customize your program for maximum efficiency and progress.

What if I can't keep up?
Fortunately progress is adjusted to the speed of the client. You are encouraged to go as fast as possible without becoming overwhelmed. If you feel like you are going too fast or not fast enough, talk with the coach so you can be more comfortable. Remember, your success is our goal and our system is the path.

What if I feel that something is not going the way it should with my coach?
Call the mentor or our Customer Service Department immediately at 1-888-268-7003. Concerns will be resolved as rapidly as possible. The goal of the Mentor Division is to help students experience the personal growth and financial rewards available through implementation of proven principles under the direction of a professional mentor. You should be completely satisfied with your mentor.

Is my coach available all the time?
Between mentoring sessions access is given to our professional mentors via e-mail and a toll-free line for emergency situations. The toll-free number 1-888-268-7003 is available from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. daily, Monday through Friday. This line is reserved for those who need to change an appointment with 24 hour notification or those who have concerns about assignments. However, give the coach at least 48 hours to respond as they are working with other students every day. This call will be limited to just a few minutes.

I need the coaching schedule to be flexible; can my sessions be scheduled on-the-fly?
No. You are contracting us to hold you accountable and teach you the system of "habitual success", to ensure you make both progress and money. Flexibility is not a system, it is a pattern of adjustment that will make systemized success harder to obtain. Commit to yourself!

If I decide that coaching isn't for me, do I get a refund?
Since coaching is an intangible behavioral commodity, requiring attitude, self-discipline, and other personality characteristics difficult to measure and monitor, it is not possible to receive a refund once you have enrolled in the coaching program. The impulse to terminate a coaching program tends to be one more way of reacting to fear, thereby justifying nonproductive thinking patterns and sabotaging success. Once accepted for enrollment, it has already been determined that the student has the ability to earn an excellent income. Consequently, as long as our coaching staff is confident the student is applying themselves to the rigor and concepts of the coaching program, they'll continue to mentor the student until the student achieves success.

What additional reading material will broaden my vision of personal growth?
Napoleon Hill's "Think and Grow Rich" is a well-grounded text for the attitude of the entrepreneur. In addition, "From Panic to Power" by Lucinda Bassett will help you lose the anxiety and fear attached to so much of this type of work. Your mentor may suggest other reading material focused toward developing your strengths and perspectives.

Does a "fear factor" exist in the internet marketing business?
Yes. Fear is very real. You are the one who actually has to run your business. Expecting the internet to solve all of your financial problems is not realistic. You will learn how to generate significant income through investing in your site, not just paying for hosting!

Why only once a week?
Working with a mentor requires that you have some time to develop your own routines so that when the mentor is not with you any more, you will still be getting results - habits of success! If you were with a mentor everyday, what do you think would happen when the program ended and you couldn't speak with the mentor anymore? That's right, the habits would not be yours and thus you would ultimately fail.

What are the coaches like?
Each mentor is hand picked on the basis of their past performance, life experience and their ability to help other people achieve results.

How much money can I make?
It depends upon you. Every person that comes through the program is going to be on a different track. Your personal financial growth depends on your ability to implement the strategies you are going to learn and how fast you can apply what you learn to making money. We traditionally experience between 30% - 50% income increases with our clients, but have seen much more with some of our more dedicated success team members. You are not going to be rich overnight, but your mentor will help you implement systems that will build your business and create lifelong income streams. We cannot guarantee a specific income target for anyone because it is dependent upon how quickly and effectively you can market your business.

What kind of guarantee is there?
We have an excellent warrantee that states we will do our best to help you. However, we can only guarantee what we will do. What you do- that is entirely up to you. We don't know you well enough to guarantee what you will do. Only you have control over that. At minimum, we guarantee that you will double your investment in the program or we will continue to work with you until you do. Failure is not an option, and of course in order to validate the guarantee, you need to do your part.
